A goal on either side of half-time was enough to give home side Sungai Pua FC a 2-0 win over the reserves in Indonesia this morning. Henning Langnau opened the scoring with half an hour played and Piet-Hein van Zwol wrapped up the win on the hour mark.

Making a surprise debut for the seniors was Fraser Carragher who was a late addition to the travelling squad at the weekend.

“Fraser did very well despite not even having trained with the senior side”, said Arjen afterwards. He continued, “We had three players out there today who have all graduated from our Academy. This bodes well for the future”.

Andy Hautala also made his comeback from injury, but it is unlikely that he will feature in the final league game of the season.
