Leoš Loos fires home our decisive third goal against -*FC BARCELONA*- to secure maximum points.

Brook Street fought back from losing the opening goal to make it four wins in a row against -*FC BARCELONA*- at Camp Nou this afternoon.

The home side had taken the lead in the thirty-seventh minute through Maciej Radziszewski, however Garabed Palasyan levelled for Brook Street two minutes from the break.

“At half time we just told the players to go out, stick to the game plan, and the goals would come”, said Marcus at full-time.

And so it proved, as first Leoš Loos fired us into the lead with sixty-eight minutes on the clock after a fine move on the left wing. Then with ten minutes remaining Garabed played through a fantastic ball that Leoš buried in the net to make the points safe.

“We got our tactics spot on this afternoon”, said Marcus, “and even despite losing the first goal of the game, we knew that the breaks would come our way. The lads showed tremendous determination and with no shortage of skill got the win they deserved”.

Elsewhere, the biggest talking point was the 2-0 home win for Vines Cross over leaders Carbrain FC which blows the league wide open. Next week’s visitors to New Home Park, Real Forfar, finally got their first win of the season to drag Airth Castle Rovers into the relegation battle and Kessler’s Eleven kept the pressure on at the top of the league with a 3-1 away win over EK Tuggers.

Carbrain FC remain out in front with fifteen points, but are now only three points ahead of Kessler’s and ourselves and four ahead of Vines Cross.
