The much feared exodus from New Home Park picked up a pace today following confirmation of the club’s relegation and saw recent arrivals Lope Cabrio and Paco Palleras along with long-serving Garabed Palasyan leaving for pastures new.

Lope leaves for Argentina and División IV side Chanseados F.C in a £578,000 deal, £300,000 sees Paco signing for Spanish Liga V side Tohú, and after thirteen seasons at the club we bid farewell to Garabed as he joins Italian Serie V side NAPOLICUORE for just under £270,000.

“I’m sorry to see them all leave, they were excellent players for us”, said Leoš, “but they knew they would have been leaving even if we had stayed up. They at least got the chance to say their farewells to the fans yesterday”.

He continued, “That’s a large amount of money coming into the club as we look to build a new side capable of challenging. It gives us the base to carry out the work required, but it’s too bad that it had to be achieved this way”.

We wish all three players the best of luck at their respective new clubs.
