It’s been a busy morning in the transfer market for Brook Street and has seen wingers Conor Meldrum and Lewis Espley signed.

First to arrive was 17 year-old Conor who moved to New Home Park from Portuguese side Deimão FC just after midnight in a deal worth around £122,000. Then, while his new side were facing NDW FC, 18 year-old Lewis headed east from Strathclyde side, ZelectronicA and signed on for £50,000.

“I’m delighted to get both lads onboard”, said Eike. “We were short of cover on the wings, so to plug that gap so quickly was excellent”.

He continued, “I think we’ve got two excellent players, and now it’s up to us to move them to the next level and beyond”.
